Magnolia Bakery is giving away free banana pudding all over NYC this month is one of our hand-picked Events finds for New York. The beloved bakery’s 30th anniversary tour includes exclusive flavors at Top of the Rock, The Edge, Brooklyn and more.

Why New York? New York is the ultimate dense, 24-hour city — five boroughs of iconic skyline, world culture and neighborhood-deep diversity. The city is known for the skyline and Times Square, Broadway, museums and global food.

Good to know: Spring and autumn are ideal; December dazzles for holidays; summer is hot and humid. The 24-hour subway is the fastest way around; Manhattan and much of Brooklyn are very walkable.
