About this pick

New Yorkers can snag $100 tickets to the U.S. Open thanks to Mayor Mamdani is one of our hand-picked Events finds for New York. Here's how to get the heavily discounted tickets starting at 10am tomorrow.

Why New York? New York is the ultimate dense, 24-hour city — five boroughs of iconic skyline, world culture and neighborhood-deep diversity. The city is known for the skyline and Times Square, Broadway, museums and global food.

Good to know: Spring and autumn are ideal; December dazzles for holidays; summer is hot and humid. The 24-hour subway is the fastest way around; Manhattan and much of Brooklyn are very walkable.
