About this pick

You can score free admission to 9 major NYC museums (MoMA and the Botanical Garden included) this weekend is one of our hand-picked Events finds for New York. Eligible cardholders can visit the Met, MoMA, the Intrepid and more for free this Saturday and Sunday.

Why New York? New York is the ultimate dense, 24-hour city — five boroughs of iconic skyline, world culture and neighborhood-deep diversity. The city is known for the skyline and Times Square, Broadway, museums and global food.

Good to know: Spring and autumn are ideal; December dazzles for holidays; summer is hot and humid. The 24-hour subway is the fastest way around; Manhattan and much of Brooklyn are very walkable.
